Another Recruitment in the Books
We love recruitment! And we love that it's over (for now). The past six months have been a tornado of flashy themes, decorations, outfit ideas, ceremony details, stress, and most importantly, passion. Formal recruitment is arguably the most important week of the year for Greek Life. We're inviting strangers into our inner circles to join us in tradition, secrets, and sisterhood. We have to ween out a group of girls who we believe fit our core values; sisterhood, justice, and love, AND hope they love us just as much we love them. We're finding girls who need a home away from home, who will stand with us on our wedding day, who we share the same lifelong goals with. Sheesh, heavy stuff. Recruitment is pretty black and white; you either love it or you hate it. Standing in heels, crammed into the hot sticky rooms of Old Main (if you can find them), trying to have meaningful conversations with as many PNMs as possible. An introverts worst nightmare. Let me introduce you to three girls who not only love recruitment, but have volunteered to oversee the entire sabang.

"I dream about recruitment every night, I just love it so much" -Keely (probably)
Emily Sconzo

We'd like to extend a special thank you to these girls for pulling off an incredible recruitment! You ladies are responsible for the most perfect Gamma Class in the history of Greek Life. From The Welcome Back Bash to welcoming home a new class, Fall Recruitment 2017 was a complete success!
Here's to next year!
